Keith Jezek possesses more than 20 years of experience in executive management with high technology firms, holding key leadership positions with ADP, Digital Motorworks, LP, TraveLogix and Tallard BV. With his involvement, those firms experienced revenue increases of up to 900% within a five-year period. Under Jezek’s leadership, vAuto experienced unprecedented growth in the face of significant industry challenges and made the Inc. 500 list of the nation’s fastest-growing, privately held companies in America for two consecutive years. In addition, vAuto ranked as the 17th fastest-growing company in North America on Deloitte’s 2010 Technology Fast 500. Jezek led vAuto through its successful acquisition by AutoTrader.com in 2010. He now leads the Cox Automotive Retail Solutions Group.. With an acknowledged track record of providing leadership and "hyper-growth" to organizations, Jezek is a highly regarded and well-recognized principal executive. Elected to the Young President's Association in 2004, he stands among the most successful young leaders in the U.S. Jezek received his B.A. in English from the University of Texas at Austin, and his MBA in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
SVP—Operations, Dealertrack DMS
Paul Whitworth is the senior vice president of DMS & Fixed Operations at Xtime Inc. since December 22, 2016. Mr. Whitworth was co-founder of LightSource Renewables, LLC and served as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Whitworth served as a Director of Strategic Planning and Brand Development of Hyundai Motor America since April, 2005. He served as Vice President of the Information Services group at Reynolds and Reynolds. He served as Vice President of Business Operations for Retail Solutions at Cox Automotive. He started his career as an analyst and strategy consulting project manager for J.D. Power and Associates and Accenture. Mr. Whitworth joined Hyundai as the National Manager for CRM in 2004 and his role quickly expanded to include market research and strategy. Mr. Whitworth received his Bachelor of Arts and Science in Engineering from the University of Toronto and Master of Science degrees in Engineering and Technology Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
SVP—General Manager, Retail Solutions Group, Cox Automotive
Lori Wittman is Senior Vice President of Retail Dealer Solutions at Cox Automotive. In her role Wittman manages the VinSolutions, Dealertrack Registration & Title Services and Xtime business units overseeing all aspects of operations and business performance for these businesses based in Kansas City, Groton and Redwood City, respectively.
Wittman has a long Wittman has a long track record of driving business results. Prior to joining Cox Automotive in 2013 as VP of VinSolutions Operations, Lori worked for over 10 years leading large technology projects for Accenture. In addition to her role as Accenture Associate Partner, she also previously held positions as Vice President and GM for Rockwell Transportation (a division of Freightquote.com), Vice President of Service Delivery for Freightquote.com and Sr. Director of Field Technology at H&R Block.
Wittman holds a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Kansas. In 2015 Wittman was recognized by Automotive News as one of the 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry, a prestigious list compiled every five years that recognizes top female executives at automakers, suppliers and dealerships nationwide. In 2016, she was also recognized by the Kansas City Business Journal as a “Women Who Mean Business” honoree.
VP—Performance Management, Retail Solutions Group, Cox Automotive
John Griffin is vice president of the Performance Management software group for Cox Automotive, Retail Solutions Group. Under his leadership, vAuto has set the industry’s gold standard for Performance Management. Dealers across the country engage John to speak on topics including used car strategy, best practices and process engineering. Prior to vAuto, John spent more than 20 years in executive management positions at some of the most successful dealer groups in the country. John received his B.S. in economics from the University of Dayton, and his MBA from DePaul University’s Graduate School of Business. He has also completed comprehensive management training through OEM executive and dealer development programs.
SVP—Sales and Lender Solutions, Retail Solutions Group, Cox Automotive
Mike Barrington serves as Senior Vice President – Sales and Lender Solutions for Cox Automotive Retail Solutions. In this position, he has leadership responsibility for the company’s Lender Solutions businesses and for Sales functions supporting the company’s Retail Solutions brands - Dealertrack, HomeNet, vAuto, VinSolutions and Xtime.
Barrington possesses over 30 years of experience in building and managing successful businesses and teams.
He was a member of the founding leadership team in 1991 of AmeriCredit Corp., a leading independent automobile finance company based in Fort Worth, Texas. In 2008, he co-founded Sixth Gear, Inc., a full spectrum auto finance company based in New York, New York. Additionally, he has served as a consultant to the auto finance industry.
Barrington was a founding board member of Dealertrack, playing a pivotal role in its 2001 launch. He was also a board member of AmeriCredit Corp., Sixth Gear, Inc., and CIG Financial. He served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Baylor All Saints Medical Centers and as a board member of Baylor Health Care System, All Saints Foundation, Nantucket Cottage Hospital and the Van Cliburn Foundation. Additionally, he served on the advisory boards of Texas Christian University Business School and FICO (Fair Isaac Corporation).
Barrington is a graduate of Oklahoma State University.
VP — General Manager, F&I Solutions
Cheryl Miller serves as Vice President and General Manager for Dealertrack’s F&I Solutions. Cheryl joined the business in October 2016 as Vice President and General Manager of Lender Solutions. She now has responsibility for leading our F&I business within Retail Solutions, including dealer and lender F&I teams.
Her expertise stems from a distinguished 25+ year management career leading successful high-growth multifaceted organizations. Prior to joining Cox Automotive, Cheryl was CEO of a specialized indirect consumer finance company engaged in acquiring and servicing retail installment sales contracts primarily for used vehicles. She has also served as Collections and Recovery Segment Leader for FICO, Chief Servicing Officer for Sixth Gear, Inc. and Executive Vice President at AmeriCredit Corp.
Cheryl is a proud Aggie, earning her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University. She also completed the Executive Leader Development Program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
James Maynard joined Cox Automotive in 2013 as Vice President of Technology for VinSolutions. A highly versatile leader, today James leads both the VinSolutions and Dealertrack F&I product organizations. James brings strong expertise in the introduction and operation of advanced technologies to meet business, competitive and customer objectives.
Prior to joining Cox Automotive, James served as Vice President / Account Group Executive for Avanade for over five years. He also spent two years operating as Vice President of Information Technology at Accutype, a medical services company, and prior to that served as Director of Technical Planning and Security at H&R Block. James earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.
VP—Product Management, Dealertrack DMS
Mandi Fang is vice president of product management for Dealertrack DMS. She oversees the ongoing development, growth and innovation of the companies’ new and used vehicle inventory management solutions for dealers and OEMs. In this role, Mandi works closely with key internal and external stakeholders to prioritize and pursue product initiatives that advance business goals for clients and the Cox Automotive Retail Solutions Group. In 2016, Mandi was recognized as one of Auto Remarketing’s Women in Remarketing and received the Spirit of Leadership Award from Women’s Automotive Association International.
Prior to vAuto, Mandi successfully held product development, management, customer relationship and sales roles with automotive industry leaders Reynolds & Reynolds and Digital Motorworks, earning multiple awards for her service. Mandi received her Bachelor of Arts in communications from Morehead State University.
With over 14 years of automotive experience, Chase is well versed in the automotive industry. As the Vice President of Sales, Chase leads both the Dealertrack F&I and VinSolutions sales organizations. Chase brings strong leadership qualities, combined with a tenacious desire to build efficiency, process and culture within his team. Chase joined VinSolutions in 2008 as a Regional Sales Manager over the Southeastern U.S. In 2011, he was promoted to Director of Sales over the East Coast, followed up by promotions to Senior Director of Sales and then later to his current position today.
Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, he attended Maple Woods College and then spent seven years with an automotive group while holding multiple titles from Internet Director to Finance Director, and GSM.
